Subtle Opulence

Inhabiting six bedrooms and separate living rooms on each floor, this house is a celebration of joint families. A concept traditional to India, while there is a 10 seater dining table finished with a marble top adjacent to a chique pooja room separating a formal drawing room from the other common spaces of the house. While there is a distinct character in each of the different rooms, there are elements of subtle opulence in each of them, be it faint elements of grooving or moldings or be it the pastel palette of lavender and rose gold. Additionally there is a subtle detail of the false ceiling seamlessly curving and folding on to the walls initiating a dialogue between the two.
