Situated in the hilly terrains, the resort rightfully utilizes the entire site. With all the amenities spread across the expanse of the land, the cottages are designed in vertical staggering. The staggering allows for an efficient usage of the existing contours. Another advantage of the said spatial arrangement provided for separate balconies at every floor while ensuring efficient usage of the space. The inception of the project has been brought to culmination by collaboration with Ar. Pulkit Soni of Studio Black White and Grey.
