Corner Charm

The residence tactfully uses its very significant location at the intersection of two cross roads. The house encompasses two different apartments on the two floors, one of them being left for a rental opportunity. The very need of segregation between the two leads to unique spatial arrangements. However, the design in the elevation utilizes the corner location into a protruded balcony on one side and a semi open space distinguished by a jaali on the other side. Overall, the house uses an extrusion and subtraction scheme only to break out of the box and create a harmony in design.
